We always treat your case for compensation as 'no cure, no pay'
The 'no cure, no pay' policy applies if TravelRefund is allowed to pursue the case to its conclusion. TravelRefund covers all expenses associated with handling the case to completion, and any fee will be deducted from the compensation and/or refund collected from the airline. If the passenger chooses to terminate the case before its completion, they will receive an invoice in accordance with our terms.
